How much is shipping?
FREE  standard shipping to USA and Canada on orders over $75

How long does it take to get my order?
Everything we make is crafted with careful attention to detail. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all our goods are made to order. Our current lead time is 3-5 days.

Please note: we have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
We will always replace items lost in the mail due to the carrier's fault.

We will not replace items lost due to customers providing the wrong delivery address.

To replace your lost shipment, your order must have been a tracked and insured parcel per our shipping options. All un-tracked and uninsured shipments are not eligible for replacement.

Can you redirect my package after it's shipped?
Please double-check your shipping address when you place your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect or reroute packages once they have left our workshop.
